Who said that Latin America is only a main reference of organic and tribal electronic music? The present compilation World Riddims Vol.5 represents a selection beyond these rhythms and electronic sounds that have conquered in the last decade the clubs and festivals in the Americas, Europe or Asia, and opens the perspective for a wide palette of sound colors. This compilation reflects the multiple influences of the bands and producers and their pleasure to swim in the infinite sea of musical expressions.

In World Riddims Vol.5 composers, beatmakers and musicians mainly from Ecuador meet their friends from Chile, Brazil, Spain, Australia and Germany, and enter into an intimate and introspective conversation fusing downtempo with ethnic house, to Dub, Disco, TripHop or Cumbia. Synthesizers and electronic drum programming dialogue with experimental drums and jazzy guitars accompanied by tribal percussions and folkloric samples.

La presente compilación World Riddims Vol.5 representa una selección más allá de estos ritmos y sonidos electronicos que han conquistado en la ultima decada los clubes y festivales en las Americas, Europa o Asia, y abre la perspectiva para una amplia paleta de colores sonoros.
